Thunderous Power, Driving the Future: Global Leader in Intelligent Logistics Equipment – Shandong Hilt Group

I. Grand Achievement: Scale Defines New Industry Standards

Shandong Hilt Group is more than just a factory; it's a global intelligent logistics equipment industry cluster. With a vision and determination that transcends time, we have

built Asia's largest and most automated machinery and forklift R&D and manufacturing base. Our comprehensive product portfolio fully addresses every customer need.

Covering an area exceeding 62.4 million square meters, our annual production capacity exceeds 100,000 units, and we have the robust capacity to deliver over 100,000 units,

meeting the explosive growth in global customer demand.

From the independent R&D and production of core electronic control systems and high-energy-density battery packs to the in-house manufacturing of high-strength masts

and precision castings, we have a deep understanding of key links across the entire industry chain, ensuring superior product quality and absolute supply chain security.

II. Technology-Driven: Innovation-Driven, Intelligent Manufacturing

Scale is only our foundation; technology is our soul. Shandong Hilt Group invests over 30% of its annual sales revenue in R&D, gathering top global talent to build a leading

Port Terminal:
As the "core handling unit" in the cargo turnover and operation process of port terminals, forklifts are the "link" connecting key nodes such as quay cranes, gantry cranes, warehouses, and freight vehicles. Their functions cover the entire process of cargo loading and unloading, storage, and transshipment, directly determining the port's operating efficiency, operating costs, and supply chain smoothness.
Warehousing:
In warehousing operations, forklifts are core operating equipment. Their role runs through the entire process of cargo storage and circulation. Specifically, they can be carried out from five dimensions: efficiency, space, cost, safety, and process connection. They are crucial to improving the overall operational capabilities of warehousing.
Logistics and transportation:
In the entire chain of logistics and transportation, forklifts do not directly undertake the function of long-distance cargo transportation, but as a "connecting core equipment", they run through the key nodes before, during and after transportation, solving the problems of handling, loading and unloading of goods in the "last mile", "first mile" and transit links, and are an important support for ensuring the efficient operation of logistics and transportation.
